Extras:

  • $40 per hour for an additional attendant (2 attendants included for parties over 100)

  • Option to add hot coffee for $2 extra per person

  • Extra hour(s) must be negotiated specifically per party

  • Savory snack bar $2 per person (small selection of snacks like gourmet popcorn, pretzels or prepackaged savory snack cups)

*Prices pre-tax. Travel beyond 25 miles: $2.50/mi RT. Generator: $95. Early (<7am) +$100/hr. Late (>9pm) +$150/hr. Rush (<10 days) $150 or 12% (whichever higher).

    This is when you cover the cost of the package (most weddings & VIPs).

  • Guest-Pay (Minimum Guarantee)

    This is when guests purchase their own and you guarantee a small minimum to secure staffing.

  • Ticketed

    This is when you pre-sell/sponsor drink tickets; we share a simple break-even.

  • A standard parking spot with safe guest flow. Power: a nearby 20A circuit or we bring a quiet generator ($95). We arrive ~60 minutes early and tear down ~30 minutes after service.

  • With a 2–3 person crew we average ~40–50 espresso drinks/hour.

  • Yes. dairy-free milks, decaf espresso, sugar-free syrups on request. Non-coffee: dirty sodas and energy mocktails, including teen-friendly builds.

  • Yes. COI available on request. We operate under current local mobile food regulations and health-permit compliance.
